Methodology
To provide a high level of customer experience and to ensure continuity and consistency in approach, Complinet's Solutions group works closely with the client from the very onset of client engagement. During this initial phase, Complinet's solution consultants bring hands-on expertise, business analysis and technical knowledge to structure a solution that addresses the client's current and future requirements.
Value optimization
Complinet adopts this methodology to reduce the time expended by both parties in structuring and installing a solution. However, as an ongoing partnership, this is not the end of the relationship. We work with our clients to define the roll-out and training requirements to ensure our solutions deliver optimal value to the end users and their workflow process.
This takes the form of functionality training and working with the client to ensure results optimization. This takes place throughout the license term of our partnership.
