Daniel Sandmann is responsible for Compliance policy and regulatoy affairs in Deutsche Banks´Frankfurt Compliance Office. He represented Deutsche Bank in MiFID working groups of the German Banking Association (BdB) and is currently involved in the creation of a BdB-est practice manual for the Compliance Function. Daniel is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Educated as a lawyer, he has joined Deutsche Bank in 2004. Prior, he has been a scientific assistant at the University of Münster and member of a programme for young researchers by the EU Commission, working on the harmonization of European Law for Financial Transactions.
