Deborah Sabalot,
regulatory consultant

Deborah Sabalot has recently established her own regulatory consultancy after leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers in February 2005. Deborah was a partner at PwC's associated law firm, Landwell. Prior to joining PwC, Deborah was director of regulatory services at KPMG.

Deborah has more than 17 years' experience in advising a wide range of financial sector clients on UK and international banking, as well as financial services regulatory and compliance issues. She is also the consultant editor of Butterworths' Financial Services Law Handbook and has contributed many articles and spoken at a wide range of conferences in London and abroad. Deborah is a member of Complinet's banking and securities editorial board.
