Lyndon Nelson has worked his entire nineteen year career in the Bank of England and the Financial Services Authority. For approximately a third of that time he has been involved in the direct regulation of firms (mostly banking, investment banking and securities firms and mostly domestic and North American) from the smallest to the largest. Another third has been spent in a combination of policy, economic and analytical roles, which included areas such as liquidity, financial stability and prudential policy. Latterly, Lyndon has spent more time in risk management positions. He is currently responsible for risk management, and strategic planning at the FSA.
