Mark Spragg has been a partner at Jeffrey Green Russell since 1989. Mark is head of the white collar fraud department, leading a team which deals with all aspects of fraud defence work including tax and regulatory investigations. Notable cases include Taylor v. SFO, the alleged tax fraud on the importation and distribution of Nissan cars, Michael Matthews (a private prosecution brought against the mountaineering company) and more recently the extradition case to the US of the NatWest Three.

Prior to 1989, Mark was a partner at Titmuss Sainer & Webb (now Dechert).
