Mike has worked in the UK financial services industry for over 20 years, the last 15 of which have been with Prudential.

In his current role, Mike manages Prudential's group-wide relationship with the FSA, including their Arrow risk assessment work both in the UK and in Prudential's overseas businesses.

Mike and his colleagues in the Prudential Group Compliance function oversee the group's compliance and regulatory risk functions globally, which covers Prudential's insurance & fund management businesses in the UK, Europe, the USA and across Asia.
