Mike Parker,

Mike Parker works for Deutsche Bank as Head of Regulatory Affairs for Europe, Middle East and Africa where he is responsible for formulating DB regulatory policy and responses to regulatory initiatives such as EU Directives, FSA consultation papers and material pieces of legislation within the EMEA region. He also acts as the main liaison between DB London and the UK-based industry trade bodies and is the regional representative on Deutsche's internal global compliance policy group.

Mike was previously with the FSA as Manager of EU and International Policy, where he gained considerable experience and expertise on EU regulatory issues. He worked on several European Directives on financial services, including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive as a member of the CESR Expert Group.
