About the 3rd GCC Regulators' Summit

The Middle East region is attracting unprecedented levels of foreign investment, with the GCC showing particularly strong growth. The development of the region's regulatory regimes has impressed fund managers and senior directors at investment banks as they allocate resources and increase their investments across the region.

It is vital that confidence continues to build regarding the transparency of local markets and the quality of regulation in the GCC. To this end, the GCC Regulators' Summit has emerged to provide an opportunity for the compliance community to meet with the region's regulators and other market players.

The GCC Regulators' Summit in Bahrain last year attracted a high-calibre delegation, including His Excellency Rasheed Al-Maraj, Governor, Central Bank of Bahrain. Senior executives from the region's regulators were also among the speakers that showcased the GCC's regulatory developments.

The 3rd GCC Regulators' Summit, building on this success, will present a series of panel sessions addressing the most crucial regulatory developments and how to manage them. The panel sessions will feature representatives from a number of GCC jurisdictions, including United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Bahrain.

The two-day conference will cover the Regulatory Challenges, corporate governance, capital markets, collective investment schemes, HR planning, real estate regulations, training and education.

This is a private, invitation-only conference that is open only to the guests of Complinet and the conference sponsors.

Delegates will receive presentations from 40 international speakers, case studies from across the world, documentation as well as refreshments. The GCC Regulators' Summit will be an interactive conference experience where ideas are exchanged and relationships are strengthened. It will offer extensive opportunities for networking and delegates will be able to develop relationships with potential clients.
