Important information

The 3rd GCC Regulators’ Summit is "FREE TO ATTEND" and by invitation only. If you would like to register, please complete and submit the form below. Complinet will contact you within five working days to confirm your registration.

Terms and conditions

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the capacity to agree to these terms; and (b) you are at least 18 years of age. You must provide us with accurate and complete registration information and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information (in particular, your e-mail address) by contacting dareen.naim@complinet.com.

Complinet reserves the right to refuse any registration it deems necessary.

Application

You may attend this event only if you complete the online invitation application below. Complinet will contact you within five working days to confirm your booking. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer your delegate seat without prior written consent from Complinet.

Cancellations

By ticking the box below you have agreed to commit to the following cancellation process fees:

  • This is a free event, but a cancellation fee of $995 applies. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail.
  • Cancellations made at least 45 days before the event will be charged 50 per cent of the cancellation fee ($497.50). Delegates who cancel between 45 days and 30 days before the event will be billed $695, and cancellations received within 30 days of the event will be charged full rate to cover costs.
  • An invoice will be sent to you at the address given above and you will be liable to pay this amount within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

Accommodation

Complinet is happy to help with any queries about accommodation in the region, but we take no responsibility for the accommodation of any delegate attending the event. To ensure your place at the The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, we recommend that you book as early as possible.
