- The lOB is located in AL - Mo'tamarat district, at the cross point of AL - Tukhasussi St. and AI- Maathar St. in Riyadh. It is at the western side of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Head Office building and northern side of the Ministry of Higher Education building.
