Terms and conditions

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the capacity to agree to these terms; and (b) you are at least 18 years of age. You must provide us with accurate and complete registration information and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information (in particular, your e-mail address) by contacting events@complinet.com at least two weeks prior to the event.

Complinet reserves the right to refuse any registration it deems necessary.

Application

You may attend this event only if you complete the online invitation application below. Complinet will contact you within seven days to confirm your booking. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer your delegate seat without prior written consent from Complinet.

Cancellations

By ticking the box below you have agreed to commit to the following cancellation process fees:

This is a free event, but a cancellation fee of $795 applies. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail.

Cancellations made at least 48 days prior (9 January 2007) to the closing date and will be charged 50% of the cancellation fee ($397.50). Delegates that cancel within 28 days (29 January 2007) of the start of the event date will be billed $795 to cover costs.

An invoice will be sent to you at the address given above and you will be liable to pay this amount within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

Accommodation

Although Complinet is happy to aid with any queries regarding accommodation in the region, we take no responsibility for the accommodation of any delegate attending the event. To ensure your place at The Ritz-Carlton we recommend you book as early as possible.
