Tricky compliance questions is a new feature being provided by Complinet. TCQ will seek to assist financial services firms by finding answers to challenging or difficult compliance questions, or offering reassurance and advice on important compliance issues. Not every question can be answered and published each time but we shall do our best to address as many as possible, and especially those we think will have a wide appeal.
The man who has accepted the challenge of providing this advice is Bill Warren, managing director of Bill Warren Compliance LLP. Bill will do his best to provide responses and, where appropriate, may even put readers in touch with a particular expert. This initial pilot scheme provides Complinet subscribers clients with an opportunity to pose questions that perhaps cannot be answered internally or might help the wider readership to see.
