Andrew Shufflebotham joined Barclay Simpson in 2011 with over three years recruitment experience. Andrew specialises in recruiting compliance professionals into the retail financial services industries including global retail banks, insurance companies, IFA's, life & pensions and secured & unsecured lenders. Andrew focuses on permanent recruitment from entry level to ‘Head of' positions and works with a range of firms across the industry from small boutique start up's to large multinationals. 

Sacha Hughes joined Barclay Simpson in June 2004 and has nearly eight years’ recruitment experience. Sacha specialises in compliance and financial crime recruitment for a wide range of banking and financial services companies. Her clients include branches or passported offices of overseas retail and wholesale banks, well known banking groups, stock exchanges, UK and top tier global investment banks, insurance companies and private equity firms. Sacha has successfully recruited permanent compliance positions at all levels including entry level to CF10/11 (Head of Compliance and MLRO).

Tom Boulderstone joined Barclay Simpson in 2010 with over two years recruitment experience and a strong sales background. Tom specialises in placing compliance and financial crime professionals, his clients include insurance, mortgage, retail and investment banking businesses as well as wealth management, private equity and asset management companies. Tom works on positions that vary from entry level to Heads of Departments, for clients that range from boutique to multinational.

Matt Crocombe joined the Compliance Division in August 2006. With more than eight years recruitment experience in legal, finance and compliance, Matt joined the UK team specialising in recruiting permanent compliance and financial crime roles but in 2009 moved to develop our compliance and financial crime recruitment offering in the Middle East. Matt is based in Dubai and has placed compliance professionals at all levels within these sectors from Compliance Assistant to Head of Compliance and MLRO/Head of Financial Crime.

Natalie Brown joined Barclay Simpson in January 2007 and has more than five years interim recruitment experience.
