Senior Manager - Derivatives Compliance

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join an instantly recognised international player.

Managing a team of four responsibilities include:

• Reviewing the control environment, ensuring it is fit for planned business growth
• Provding advice to the business
• Keeping abreast of key regulatory updates in the UK, Europe and Asia and analysing their impact on the business
• Working with the Risk Assessment team to develop a global commodities monitoring programme
• Providing staff training on new regulations and compliance matters,
• Assisting on cross-border compliance issues
• Assisting with the responses to Regulatory and exchange enquiries
  
  

You:

Of graduate calibre the successful candidate is likely to have broad ranging knowledge of compliance relating to Commodity Derivatives covering listed futures, OTC products, Commodity Derivative Structured Products and some understanding of Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives compliance. This is a high profile role in a fast changing environment requiring a strong track record in the delivery of proactive compliance advice coupled with excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability
