Senior IT Audit Manager- Banking

Our client, a large Global banking group are looking to hire a senior member for their audit management team.
Working as a Senior Manager within their Group IT Audit function, this client is looking for a strong team leader who can appraise and mentor an expanding audit team.

Responsibilities include:

Audit Planning, including development of annual audit plan and responding to ad-hoc requests
Oversee and manage audit assignments, initiatives and ad-hoc requests ensuring that these are delivered to time, quality and business satisfaction
Build and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders via regular relationship meetings, Board attendance, and providing insight and advise to management
Manage the development and coaching of auditors within the team to meet succession planning targets.
Line Management, including objective setting, performance appraisal and development
Writing high quality audit reports and assist in identifying resolutions for identified control issues
