Working as part of a small team for this well known and expanding organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring that underwriting procedures and compliant with FSA, Legal & Industry regulations. Main areas of responsibility will include;

• Identifying and managing TCF initiatives and controls;
• Management of the audit programme;
• Interpreting FSA regulations and monitoring regulatory changes;
• Co-ordinating the preparation for FSA Arrow and other regulatory visits;

The ideal candidate will have substantial General Insurance experience and an in depth knowledge of the regulatory framework. With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you will also require high levels of drive and motivation to achieve objectives.
