Offering a variety of asset classes they are a well known market name.</p> <p><strong>THE RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Primary contact between Compliance and Marketing departments with regards to financial Promotions and other client communications</li> <li>Review and approval of Financial Promotions issued </li> <li>Ensure Financial Promotions are clear, fair and not misleading and meet all regulatory requirements in particular, US, Europe and UK</li> <li>Ensure turn around times for approvals are met</li> <li>Raise and resolve any concerns created by the Financial Promotions before approving</li> <li>Understand target audience and distribution channel of client communication </li> <li>Department administration - maintenance of FP log, quarterly reporting to/meetings with Marketing</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Financial Promotions experience</li> <li>Asset Management compliance experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of UCITS/OEIC's/Unit Trusts desirable</li> </ul>
