Key Duties

<br/>Planning
<br/>Assist the Group Chief Internal Auditor in planning audits and other investigations
<br/>Agree audit approach with Group Chief Internal Auditor and prepare detailed audit plan
<br/>
<br/>Audit
<br/>Assess the adequacy of system controls, establish the importance of weaknesses and identify any counter or over controls
<br/>Evaluate the significance of audit findings;
<br/>Prepare draft audit reports for management outlining weaknesses and significant findings and making recommendations to overcome such weaknesses
<br/>Discuss findings with line management and agree constructive and practical steps to strengthen and improve controls and procedures
<br/>Follow up report recommendations and monitor progress in achieving their implementation
<br/>Perform reviews of International Offices and projects
<br/>
<br/>Training
<br/>Delivering training on Audit courses
<br/>

<br/>ACA or MII Qualified- Essential
<br/>Significant experience of auditing - either internal or external, or both
<br/>Experience of risk management
