Group Head of Legal - Rapidly growing financial services firm - US Legal Qualification Essential
JohnsonMagill have been exclusively instructed to carry out a search for a Group Head of Legal on behalf of a rapidly growing, multi-jurisdictional financial services firm.
This individual must have gained their legal qualification in the US, additional legal qualifications in the UK or Europe are not required.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the running of the legal department and the continual development as needs be.
Ideally this person with have come from a large financial services firm where they have not only had exposure to a broad range of jurisdictions but also have a good grasp of different FS offerings - eg. Stockbroking, Private Equity etc.
