<p>Monitoring Officer to support the Compliance department for a growing Insurance company.</p>
<p>Responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitoring reviews in line with the monitoring plan. </li>
<li>Undertake appropriate assurance around financial promotions in the business and of Training & Competence.</li>
<li>Compile terms of reference, undertake fieldwork and produce clear, accurate and concise monitoring reviews. </li>
<li>Work with business stakeholders to secure buy-in to monitoring recommendations</li>
<li>Create regular and ad-hoc reporting to be provided to senior business stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience of working within an FSA-regulated environment. </li>
<li>Knowledge of the FSA Handbook</li>
<li>Financial Promotions and regulatory frameworks </li>
<li>Experience in a monitoring, auditing or QA capacity. </li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.</li>
