Our client is a highly successful boutique financial services firm focusing on Asset Management, Structured Products and Commodiites. They are currently seeking to hire a new head of compliance and money laundering reporting officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the registered CF10 an CF11 for the regulated entities.
• Providing advice to the business
• Main liaison with the FSA
• Review FSA consultation papers and provide summaries of such to the senior management
• Prepare reports to the board
• Draft policies and run the monitoring programme
