Our client is a highly successful boutique financial services firm focusing on Asset Management, Structured Products and Commodiites. They are currently seeking to hire a new head of compliance and money laundering reporting officer.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the registered CF10 an CF11 for the regulated entities.
- Providing advice to the business
- Main liaison with the FSA
- Review FSA consultation papers and provide summaries of such to the senior management
- Prepare reports to the board
- Draft policies and run the monitoring programme
