Working for a growing Banking Group in London, my client is looking for a very experienced Change Audit Manager to conduct project based audits across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Planning, including development of annual audit plan and responding to ad-hoc requests
- Oversee and manage audit assignments, initiatives and ad-hoc requests ensuring that these are delivered to time, quality and customer/stakeholder satisfaction
- Build and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders via regular relationship meetings, Board attendance, and providing insight and advice to management
- Develop strong relationships with internal peers and Audit Partners to ensure effective utilisation of resource across the audit teams and to develop an understanding of pan Group issues
- Manage the development and coaching of Senior Auditors/Audit Managers within the team
- Line Management, including objective setting, performance appraisal and development
- Contribute to development of the audit plan through ongoing business risk assessment
- Writing high quality audit reports and assist in identifying resolutions for identified control issues
- Contribute to a strongly collaborative audit team
