Multinational Brand seeks a compliance officer to deal with the management of compliance efforts for the company as they relate to moderately complex regulatory and policy requirements. You will analyse existing and proposed legislation, regulatory announcements and industry practises. You will validate control processes to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations. The role will include compliance for the following business lines - Corporate Trust, Depositary Services, Treasury Services, Global Markets, Investment Management Group, Broker Dealer Services and Transition Management.
To be suitable for this role you will need exposure to relevant business and ideally hold a compliance qualification. You should hold relevant product and financial services compliance experience and a thorough knowledge of rules and regulations is essential.
