Our client is a leading Investment Bank with a strong global presence. Due to expansion they are seeking a Compliance Officer to join their Regulatory Compliance team in London. Key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows;

*Assist with communication to management of material FSA relationship development.
*Assist with responses to FSA requests for information (RFIs).
*Liaise with relevant business and infrastructure areas in collating information.
*Assist with meeting requests from the FSA including the analysis of request and clarification where required.
*Arrange and lead pre-meeting briefings with relevant business and infrastructure areas.
*Summarise all meeting and communications to senior management when appropriate, tracking to resolution follow-up actions when required.
*Responsible for FSA related input into central regulatory team databases.
*Management of the secure data repository for information transfer to the FSA
*Responsible for the management of the FSA communications mailbox and Sharepoint site.
*Provide scheduled reporting to the FSA Supervision team when required.
*Ad hoc projects as and when required.

Ideally you will be of graduate calibre and have at least four years compliance projects or risk management experience gained within the investment banking sector. It is also envisaged that you will have a broad banking products exposure. Lastly, it is desirable that you are a good communicator and able to quickly learn new information and adopt new skills
