&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The Role 
&lt;br/&gt;Reporting to the Head of Controls and Compliance you will
&lt;br/&gt;Ensure that the Bank is aware of and meets all of its regulatory responsibilities. 
&lt;br/&gt;Where relevant monitor and ensure that the Bank's business is undertaken in compliance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority 
&lt;br/&gt;Review and approve all financial promotions prepared by the bank before publication 
&lt;br/&gt;Chairing the Bank's TCF review group and developing the MI pack for the Board 
&lt;br/&gt;Undertake the role of Deputy MLRO 
&lt;br/&gt;Act as the Banks Business Continuity primary contact and ensure that the Banks business continuity plan is up to date 
&lt;br/&gt; 
&lt;br/&gt;The Person 
&lt;br/&gt;Ideally, you will come from a retail banking background, with relevant FPC qualifications. An understanding of AML functions is also desirable. This would suit someone who has experience of a range of compliance responsibilities.
