With Specialist areas in savings, our client focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing customers. <br/> <br/>The Role <br/>Reporting to the Head of Controls and Compliance you will <br/>Ensure that the Bank is aware of and meets all of its regulatory responsibilities. <br/>Where relevant monitor and ensure that the Bank's business is undertaken in compliance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority <br/>Review and approve all financial promotions prepared by the bank before publication <br/>Chairing the Bank's TCF review group and developing the MI pack for the Board <br/>Undertake the role of Deputy MLRO <br/>Act as the Banks Business Continuity primary contact and ensure that the Banks business continuity plan is up to date <br/> <br/>The Person <br/>Ideally, you will come from a retail banking background, with relevant FPC qualifications. An understanding of AML functions is also desirable.
