The Company

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Controls and Compliance you will
Ensure that the Bank is aware of and meets all of its regulatory responsibilities.
Where relevant monitor and ensure that the Bank's business is undertaken in compliance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority
Review and approve all financial promotions prepared by the bank before publication
Chairing the Bank's TCF review group and developing the MI pack for the Board
Undertake the role of Deputy MLRO
Act as the Banks Business Continuity primary contact and ensure that the Banks business continuity plan is up to date
The Person
Ideally, you will come from a retail banking background, with relevant FPC qualifications. An understanding of AML functions is also desirable. This would suit someone who has experience of a range of compliance responsibilities.
