Also to actively implement and project-manage regulatory aspects of seeking new business, expanding their existing business profile and to get these regulations approved. <br/>With launching into new markets research will need to be conducted on the response in the new areas of business being conducted. <br/>Responsibilities for this role will include: <br/>Co-ordination of documentation <br/>Obtaining verification of documentation <br/>Liaising and working in conjunction with group legal <br/>Project Management <br/>Regulatory Analysis <br/>Ad-Hoc Regulatory Business Analysis <br/> <br/>The Person <br/>The person that they are seeking is somebody that will, along with managing this exiting project/new era of the business will be prepared to get highly involved with all stages/ground work of this venture. You will need to have knowledge of clearing and settlements from a wholesale background, project management exposure and regulatory background particularly for international companies. A person that is able to adapt quickly, have a change management approach with regards to the different markets/regulations they will have analyse.
