The EMEA and Asia Pac banking operations of this major global player require a consultative and knowledgeable professional to become an internal subject matter on multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.

This senior position sits within the internal audit department and plays a key role in ensuring all the work of the audit department has taken the laws and regulations of the local market into account and providing the requisite tools and guidance to the teams to ensure that compliance is at the heart of everything they do. This is a new initiative, driven and supported from the top down and you will gain considerable exposure to the diverse operations of this massive international company in particular, private banking, wealth management and corporate banking.

You may be an auditor with a strong compliance focus or a compliance professional interested in a slight change of approach. Despite this being an audit department, you don't need to be an accountant and could be equally successful from a legal or pure compliance background.
