Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for a senior compliance professional to provide advisory support to fixed income and fixed income derivatives business areas. Reporting to the Manager of Fixed Income compliance, duties will include:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the Global Markets business
• Ensure the requirements of the legal and compliance functional instruction manual updated
• Maintain internal control standards, including the implementation of audit points or any issues raised by external regulators.
• Provide compliance input to the Due Diligence process and to respond within agreed timescales
• Provide training to business areas in procedures and practices necessary to achieve compliance
• Provide compliance support and expertise to other business units when required to do so
• Liaise with auditors in relation to compliance matters
You should be of graduate calibre, with Sales & Trading compliance experience in Futures, FX, Fixed Income and Fixed Income Derivatives products and good knowledge of Futures Exchanges/Clearing House rules and procedures.
