My client is a retail Investment House with a strong range of products, which set them apart from their competitors. They have seen exponential growth over the past 12 months and on the back of this have increased headcount across the board. This success and their planned future success has led to a need to appoint a Head of Compliance, to manage an existing team of 2.
In an ideal world, the candidate will have experience of the retail market, having spent time in both large and small Investment Houses or IFAs. You must be experienced in running a compliance function with an understanding of the day to day issues through to the bigger picture discussions. Experience of FSA liaison will be ideal.
