Complinet | Recruitment | Jobhttp://www.complinet.com/recruitmentjobs/job/details/id/116762000 Weekly | Location: City of London | Sector: Fund/Asset Management | Published: March 9th 2010 | <p> </p> <p>This major funds organisation has an immediate need for a contractor to join a project team reviewing the marketing materials of the firm's entire collective investment scheme range.</p> <p> </p> <p>The role covers -</p> <ul> <li>Analysis of the full and simplified prospectuses of all group collective investment schemes.</li> <li>Studying portfolios.</li> <li>Providing recommendations and regulatory opinions as appropriate. </li> <li>Co-ordinating with other parties, including accountants and external lawyers and discussing their findings as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Candidate -</p> <ul> <li>Strong funds & collectives background.</li> <li>Sufficient (ideally strong) prior compliance marketing / prospectus experience. </li> <li>Good written skills and eye for details</li> <li>Credible, intelligent individual who can carry the confidence of external parties and business management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>It is unlikely that this contract will last especially long in the first instance (monthly renewing is the most likely basis). However this (large) firm are a consistent hirer of contract staff - and it is likely there will be an occasional but regular need in this particular field (amongst others).
