As a technically minded Risk Manager you will be responsible for the team that will develop and implement broader Risk Management Framework assisting the Senior Managers within the Company to manage the key risks. <br/> <br/>Key accountabilities will include: <br/> <br/>- Develop the Risk Management Framework into an efficient and effective risk management tool that meets industry standards. <br/>- Manage the operation of this including the identification of key risks, quantification of their impact and integration with current processes. <br/>-Assist the senior management of the Company to implement the cultural change required to effectively manage these risks. <br/>-Assist in the development and enhancement of processes and practices within the Company Secretary's wider team with a view to ensuring that the team operates effectively and efficiently; <br/>- Build strong relationships with the rest of the Company Secretary's team and other areas of the company. <br/> <br/>To be considered for the Risk Manager role it is essential that you are an experienced Risk Professional with relevant knowledge of FSA regulatory environment.
