Due to expansion they are seeking a Compliance Vice President to join their Global Markets Compliance team in London. Reporting to the Head of Global Markets, key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows; <br/> <br/>*Provide advice and compliance support to the credit businesses across the organisation. <br/>*Provide product line compliance coverage for the cash credit and structured credit businesses. <br/>*Work on initiatives such as policy development and the implementation of controls around the use of central counterparties. <br/>*Interact globally with compliance colleagues and business staff, ensuring consistency of compliance advice. <br/>*Interact with senior business managers in a professional and pro-active manner, identifying and mitigating compliance risks. <br/>*Work as part of an integrated compliance team. <br/>*Provide advice to other sales and trading areas and work on cross product projects. <br/>*Ad hoc projects as directed by management. <br/> <br/>Ideally you will be of graduate calibre and have at least five years compliance experience gained within the investment banking sector. It is also envisaged you will have a deep knowledge and understanding credit derivatives and structured credit combined with experience of developing policy, assessing risk, implementing procedures and monitoring and review.
