		Leading Financial Institution seeks an individual with Financial Services experience to work as Deputy MLRO and a senior member of the Financial Crime team.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The ideal applicant will have:
&lt;br/&gt;* Detailed knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and JMLSG Guidance
&lt;br/&gt;* Knowledge of UK Treasury &amp; OFAC sanctions
&lt;br/&gt;* Knowledge of the rules &amp; regulations of FSA and LSE
&lt;br/&gt;* General awareness of company law and the Financial Services &amp; Markets Act and
&lt;br/&gt;* Appreciation of the mechanics &amp; workings of the law enforcement agencies &amp; courts 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The main duties of the role are but are not restricted to:
&lt;br/&gt;* Undertaking monitoring for the proactive identification of potentially suspicious transactions
&lt;br/&gt;* Acting as the FCT &quot;centre of excellence&quot; for sanctions
&lt;br/&gt;* Assisting in the further development of sanctions monitoring 
&lt;br/&gt;* Approving all new clients through due diligence procedures including the review of KYC documentation and AML procedures prepared by the KYC Team;
&lt;br/&gt;
