Their office based in Edinburgh is currently looking to hire a fixed term compliance officer with opportunity to go permanent. One of the best performing Investment firms in the UK throughout the credit crunch is now looking to further expand, the firm requires individuals capable of adding value and experience to their organisation from an early stage but in return are able to offer a high level of personal and career development. Our client requires professional individuals capable of hitting the ground running picking up their main responsibilities from day 1.</p> <p>The successful applicants will have at least 3 years financial sector experience in a compliance position with strong and broad ranging compliance skills, an understanding of FSA handbook and skills including Compliance Monitoring, TCF, KYC, AML and financial promotion. Candidates will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff at all levels in a professional and competent manner. Experience in an investment bank or organisation is preferred but not required.
