Retail Banking - Group Compliance Manager

Working within the group compliance function you will have responsibility for ensuring compliance standards at both the group level, as well as enhancing the compliance provisions to front line retail businesses.

The remit of your compliance responsibilities will be extensive. Ranging from scanning the Regulatory horizon, understand and influence how forthcoming regulation will impact and be implemented within the organisation to taking responsibility for wide reaching regulatory projects and helping to deliver enhanced regulatory oversight in each of the retail businesses.

This position is London based but will require domestic and some international travel

Ideally you will have had 7 - 10 years experience working in a compliance capacity and you will have a solid understanding of domestic and international regulatory environments. A sound understanding of the banking code as well as the wider retail regulatory environment is a must.
