Big 4 Solvency II Consultancy – Insurance/Basle II Experience or Qualified Accountant (From Risk or Compliance – Any Sector)

Our client, a big 4 consultancy are looking to recruit at different levels who have the specific skill sets around the expanding sector of Solvency II. Duties will include;

• General advice to clients on Solvency II, detailed issues and assisting in their planning towards the 2012 deadline
• Analyse risk arrangements and advise on such
• Secondment to clients to assist in all above
• Carry out training to team members & clients (and audit colleagues)

The successful candidate could come from a variety of backgrounds:

• Direct experience of Solvency II
• Experience from the insurance industry within Compliance, Risk or Audit provided you have a good accounting/financial understanding
• Basle II experience
• A qualified accountant with broad financial services Risk or Compliance experience now looking to specialise in a new sector (where those who gain experience now will be much in demand in the future)
