Senior Manager Regulatory Change

Our client a leading FTSE 100 organisation requires a Head of Regulatory change in their Corporate Markets Division. The successful candidate will be expected to have good experience and knowledge of Wholesale Markets/corporate markets activity. Product knowledge is key with focus on corporate markets regulations.

The position requires an individual to manage the compliance change function and implement a strategy for ensuring that all regulatory changes are identified, assessed and communicated to relevant business areas with oversight of implementation. This role also includes the responsibility for assessing impact on regulatory processes and controls as a result of any change programmes. The role requires individuals to have a deep understanding of the regulatory impact on the relevant business activities, first-class relationship management skills and the ability to drive compliance culture within the business.
