		&lt;p&gt;My client, a leading investment bank is offering a unique opportunity for career progression within Equities, Compliance and other related areas. Due to expansion in the &lt;strong&gt;Equity Aggregation&lt;/strong&gt; team, this individual will be responsible for the continuing implementation and compliance monitoring activities of the Equity Aggregation compliance programs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be exposed to the enterprise-wide program designed to monitor, aggregate, report, and restrict positions in the &lt;strong&gt;equity and equity linked securities&lt;/strong&gt; (and certain &lt;strong&gt;derivative instruments&lt;/strong&gt;) of publicly-traded companies for compliance with &lt;strong&gt;global shareholder disclosure&lt;/strong&gt;, industry, and hard limit regulations and requirements. Additionally, the associate will be required to carry out disclosures and monitoring of &lt;strong&gt;UK Takeover Panel&lt;/strong&gt; connected companies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a solid background an understanding of Equities/Securities, ideally derivatives and solid TOP exposure, including general compliance knowledge and FSA rules and regulations. About 1.5 - 2 years previous investment banking exposure is advantages, coupled with a solid understanding of the regulatory regime and current regulatory developments in the UK.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This opportunity would suit a candidate who is &quot;hungry&quot; for a new challenge, enthusiastic to take on a role which could spring-board their career into a front office role. You will need to demonstrate the ability to liaise with, advise and deal with the front office traders (and business) in a stern yet professional manner.&lt;/p&gt;
