This financial services firm has a new requirement for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to assist with compliance monitoring in all business areas. The role is a contract position for six months.
Duties will include:
Carrying out monitoring objectives as detailed in the compliance schedule
Producing detailed reports on monitoring undertaken
Maintaining compliance databases of monitoring results, breaches and analyses
Working on ad-hoc designated monitoring projects
Providing help and support to the Compliance Manager by carrying out delegated tasks
Compiling, conducting and preparing reports for client satisfaction surveys
Reporting actual or potential compliance breaches
To be considered for this role you will ideally be FPC/CeFA/MAQ or CeMAP qualified. You will have previous compliance monitoring experience and will ideally have a broad knowledge of retail financial services.
