Compliance Manager

My client, a leading banking corporation, urgently requires a Compliance Manager. Reporting to the UK Head of Compliance and Management, the Compliance Manager will ensure that the activities of the UK business are undertaken in a controlled and compliant manner.  

You will be expected to maintain close working relationships with management and the business to ensure compliance and operational risk input is provided on new processes, products and clients.
 
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· Monitoring of activities outsourced to other parts of the organisation
· Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
· Assisting with the creation of compliance reports, presentations and client questionnaires
· Assisting with the delivery of the training programme for new and existing staff
· Assisting with the development of compliance 'mind-set', you will proactively assist the business with pragmatic and timely advice and guidance

The role would suit an individual with knowledge of institutional investment management and previous compliance experience. Knowledge of fixed income, equities and alternative investments and a good understanding of legal and internal control issues would also be advantageous.
 
This role is paying a highly competitive daily rate and interviews are immediate available.
