Deputy Head of Compliance – Equities & Fixed Income Experience Req’d

Our client, a leading International Investment Bank, requires an experienced compliance professional to assume the role of Deputy Head of Compliance providing regulatory support for the Firm’s developing business requirements within wholesale markets.

• Assisting in management of large team
• Provision of proactive regulatory advice to business managers and support functions.
• Producing high level management reporting and presentation.
• Manage the successful delivery of projects ensuring technical excellence, business driven approaches and establish high levels of client confidence in the quality of our delivery.
• Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with clients.

You will be expected to have knowledge and experience commensurate to this role and have dealt with regulatory challenges in the wholesale and capital markets sector covering equity and fixed income cash and derivatives activities, with a background of working in an Investment Bank, Broker Dealer or other professional financial services firm. Applicants will have a strong understanding of current European regulatory, AML and International issues.
