We are recruiting for a leading Hedge Fund seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their small compliance team, duties will include;

• Design and implement the Compliance monitoring programme
• Undertaking monitoring reviews to ensure full compliance with the relevant UK & some US regulations
• Carry out Investment & Borrowing checks to ensure there are no fund breaches
• Agree recommendations with management and draft compliance monitoring reports with appropriate recommendations

You should have solid Compliance Monitoring experience including good knowledge of Investment Banking processes and regulations due to the style of programme they have in place already. Knowledge of derivatives and exchange limits would be an advantage.
