Experience within either Financial Risk, Credit Risk, Capital Management, Investment Banking, Corporate and Retail Banking would be advantageous. <br/>  <br/> Key Responsibilities: <br/>* Analysis of credit conditions and counterparties <br/>* Active monitoring and reporting on market developments including sovereign risk issues <br/>* Identification and delivery of policy, process, control and system improvements <br/>* Proposing changes in credit limits and/or credit policies <br/>* Analysis and delivery of the credit aspects of projects and initiatives <br/>* Investigation and explanation of credit exposure calculations and collateralisation issues <br/>* Conducting due diligence on new counterparties <br/>* Preparing high quality submissions for the Credit & Market Risk Committee <br/>* Performance management and development of one team member <br/>* Exposure reporting, limit set up and excess monitoring <br/>* Involvement in other non-core responsibilities necessary for the risk team to provide robust support to the business across its range of activities <br/> <br/>Hays City is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
