		&lt;p&gt;Our client is one of the city's most up and coming and best regarded private client investment manager. Although relatively new our client has already established an excellent reputation and has continued to grow their AUM year on year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The role:&lt;br /&gt;This position is within the Compliance team, which has responsibility for maintaining a strong compliance culture within the business. As the company is relatively small in terms of headcount a huge part of this role is active engagement with the business on any compliance issues and advising to the business. Due to the small size of the compliance team the role offers a truly generalist compliance role with the opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of compliance. The role offers excellent development opportunities and you will stand in for the current compliance officer should he not be available or on leave.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The role would suit a junior compliance professional with at least 1 years compliance experience who has a relatively limited role that would like to gain broader exposure. The company is growing very well and this role will offer the opportunity to deputise for the current Compliance Officer, as well as gain responsibility as the team grows.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On a day to day basis you will be responsible for;&lt;br /&gt;Executing the risk based monitoring programme and contribute to its development &lt;br /&gt;Analysis of breach and error reports to confirm appropriate action has been taken &lt;br /&gt;Work pro-actively with the business to resolve issues &lt;br /&gt;Maintain, produce and develop management information &lt;br /&gt;Maintain compliance records &lt;br /&gt;Maintain and review training records and liaise with staff, management and finance regarding training requirements and provision &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To find out more please call Stephen Borner on 02034650110 &lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel>
