Fixed Income Compliance Officer London £80,000 to £90,000

THE COMPANY:

My client is a leading International Bank who are looking to move into the Fixed Income arena - specifically Liquid and Gilt Edged Bonds. They are looking for a Fixed Income specialist to join their Compliance team to focus on helping the business get off the ground. The role will entail creating policy and procedure, manuals, monitoring programs and all other compliance functions relating to the Fixed Income business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved from the outset.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and review Policy and Procedure
• Liaising with the FSA
• Creation of Training materials and processes
• Create Compliance Manuals
• Ensure that records are maintained properly
• Create Monitoring programs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Fixed Income knowledge is a pre-requisite for the role
• Solid understanding of FSA rules
• A Degree and/or compliance qualification is an advantage
