They are looking for a motivated self starter to oversee and Co-ordinate their Monitoring program in London. The role is a stand alone position currently, but in time could well become a small team.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>THE RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement and co-ordinate the Regulatory Monitoring Unit's work programme </li> <li>Undertake Compliance business reviews </li> <li>Liaise with internal and external business partners to ensure any identified weaknesses are rectified in an appropriate manner</li> <li>Undertake the development of the Compliance electronic surveillance infrastructure capabilities, to include the review of all relevant output </li> <li>To assist with ad-hoc Regulatory Monitoring or other Compliance projects </li> <li>To liaise closely with other departments to facilitate the effective delivery of the Regulatory Monitoring Unit's strategy </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of the UK regulatory environment </li> <li>Ability to work to short deadlines, analytical and ordered approach, attend to detail </li> <li>Solid experience working in a financial services regulatory monitoring or audit environment is essential</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>For further details please contact Duncan Jeffery</p> <p> </p> <p>Compl3528</p>
