&lt;p&gt;Our clients regulatory consultancy services team advises and assists clients to achieve and sustain compliance and manage risk in accordance with regulatory requirements. The core focus of all consulting roles is the delivery of consulting assignments which may involve working as both a member of a team and as a sole consultant, working predominately at client sites. A Manager &amp; Senior Manager is actively involved in managing assignments and business development.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Accountabilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To be a specialist within the team in the provision of regulatory consultancy focusing on one or more of the following areas: FSA rules, effective principles based regulation, operational change and sales effectiveness, complaints process, ARROW preparation &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work independently on designated project tasks which will be predominately client-facing. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as an assignment manager on small and medium sized assignments, and supervise small teams, responsible for quality, profit and project planning and engagement risks. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Play an active role in service proposition development including marketing &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide input into business development with a possible sales lead generated target and hold an account management responsibility. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep abreast of issues that may affect the industry and client, through keeping professional knowledge up to date. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wide technical experience in the regulatory field gained through experience in retail, business banking or insurance or with the FSA or equivalent overseas regulator. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A strong track record of delivering consulting assignments &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A sound technical understanding of the FSA rules on conduct of business, market conduct, approved persons, training and competence or FSA prudential requirements. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;General understanding of compliance structures and operations and an understanding of industry best practice in compliance. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience of managing projects involving third parties. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
