Working for this major organistaion in a Financial Promotions compliance role you will be involved in the following;
Duties
· Review and approval of client communications issued.
· Identify and resolve TCF issues within client communications
· Ensure client communications are clear, fair and not misleading
· Ensure client communications meet all regulatory requirements
· Ensure turn around times for approvals are met.
· Raise any concerns created by the client communications before approving
· Understand target audience and distribution channel of client communication
Technical knowledge
· Strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory matters affecting client communications (including financial promotions).
· Strong Knowledge of the regulatory environment and challenges relating to deposit taking (TCF/CCA/ BCOBs etc.)
· Retail product knowledge. Unit Trust / OEIC's Products knowledge would be very useful.
